This rapid expansion continues with the agreement signed with Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, a leading tourism and hotel facilities management company with more than 30 years’ experience in the field. The new agreement is expected to ensure the highest return on investment for investors in addition to providing highly competitive and advantageous luxury services.
AlMarasem revealed that the first project to be operated by Rotana is Rotana Lake Residence Hotel and Hotel Apartments within Fifth Square. AlMarasem has extended “AlMarasem Partnership Scheme” to this project to encourage investment in those hotel apartments as part of a wider initiative to stimulate economic growth in the market. Since its launch, the program has achieved great popularity among the Egyptian market.
The second project to be managed is Marina Bay, located in Marina Al Alamein on the North Coast. It is the latest project by AlMarasem Development and Marina Way Lagoon Company. Built on an area of 14,120 square meters of land, the project boasts a prime location within Marina Al Alamein Touristic Centre. Hotel rooms and units enjoy breath-taking sea and lake views, with access to a private beach.
Units of both projects are fully equipped to the highest specifications with hotel services and amenities. In addition to the diversity of spaces and the availability of a distinct range of basic and recreational hotel services designed to meet the expectations of all guests.
