In 2017, AlMarasem embarked on a journey to venture within the real estate sector, leveraging their pristine reputation as a credible , quality-oriented and committed developer to drive the company’s vision to expand within the Egyptian market and the region at large.
With the launch of Fifth Square,New Cairo in 2017 , Al Marasem marked its entry into Egypt’s real estate sector. The integrated mixed-use development features Lake Residence serviced apartments managed by Rotana, Avenue 95 mall, the residential communities of Fifth Square and Moon Residences, and the exclusive Villa Square neighborhood. The development is complemented by two dedicated clubhouses, thoughtfully designed to provide enhanced privacy and a distinctive lifestyle experience for each community.
Building on this success, MarVille New Zayed was introduced in 2023 as an upscale residential community, offering a refined living experience defined by contemporary design, premium amenities, and exceptional quality.
In 2024, Al Marasem expanded its footprint to Egypt’s Ras El Hekma with the launch of Mar Bay in Ras El Hekma, bringing its vision of elevated living to one of the country’s most prestigious coastal destinations.
The group's growth has been marked by the establishment of various subsidiaries over the years. In 1998, Al Marasem Industries for production and manufacturing was founded, serving as the manufacturing arm for construction. Subsequently, in 2015, AlMarasem Trading was introduced to cater to the construction sector's demand for various construction materials. In 2019, the Specialized construction company came into existence, followed closely by the establishment of AlMarasem for Asset Management, both working in harmony to manage and operate the newly developed projects. This strategic expansion has enabled the group to integrate its operations and better serve its clients across various sectors.
